Our economy is in shambles and the unemployment numbers are higher than they have been in decades.  Maybe the current economic situation is not all bad!    Hard times create a way to separate the slackers from the winners.

I am going to offer you a hint that can help you get a job or keep your current one.  Like all valuable pieces of wisdom; it is so simple that it is mind boggling!

Something to think about:

How many times have you gone into a sandwich shop and you see a bunch of kids that are totally not interested in giving you good service.   You can immediately see the people that do not want to be working at that moment.  They would rather be somewhere hanging out with their buddies.  As you leave the establishment; you wonder how long that business is going to survive, unfortunately, this is a common occurrence in our world today.

Compare that sandwich shop with a business where people really respect you and do whatever they can to make your visit enjoyable and the employees will do whatever is necessary to please you.

Fact:

Businesses are begging for good people that give a damn!

Wisdom for the day:

Mini -tidbit of wisdom for the day is to be an individual!  Do not follow the herd; you have to stand out!

Businesses are looking for leaders!  They need people that are going to step up to the plate and take responsibility and help make their company viable and successful.

Do not be afraid to have the other workers say that you are sucking up!  Business owners are fighting for survival and they really do not have time to babysit all their employees.  They want and need individuals to take responsibility and become leaders.

The slackers will have their job only long enough for the owner to find that person that will step up and do a good job and be a part of a successful business.
